Chris's Dream
On Saturday, we took a short adventurous hike on Mertvica Canyon (Dead Woman's Canyon). I want to see the head waters of the river -- it is a relatively short canyon. After following a trail as far as we could through thick underbrush, we gave up. Though we did not see any snakes -- I am quite sure that there were hundreds there, we just made enough noise to scare them away! We must try again and this time with a map!
We came across this fisherman and just loved the location that he was fishing in. He was not having much luck, but nevertheless, he was enjoying the river. Chris had lost the tip to his pole and has to get another one.
