Chris began teaching a class tonight, so I sent him with cookies for his students! They all loved them. These are my favorites, oatmeal chocolate chunk with walnuts -- made with ingredients from Montenegro!!! They really have good baking chocolate here. It's chocolate chunk and not chip because I have to chop the chocolate with a knife. Takes a bit longer, but works great when you don't have chocolate chips!
