Last week, we met a group of 3 men from America.  One is a teacher, another a librarian, and another I forget.  They were here working with some people that live in a refugee camp.  Today, we went with them to deliver family photographs and small presents.

This camp has about 300 refugees living in it.  There is a larger "camp" with about 1000 people in it.  The children were estatic about the gifts and enjoyed following us around as we made deliveries.

Most of these people that live here are not able to work due to the lack of the proper documents.  The new Montenegrin government is not real sure what to do about them.  It is possible that they will be given permanent residency, or possible that they will be told to leave the country.  Most speak Albanian, Roma and then Serbian as a 3rd language.  The children study in make shift schools.
