The Vine

One of my favorite things about Montenegro is all of the vineyards.  I grew up on a vineyard and spent many hours taking care of the vines.  We sold the vines and a bit of fruit, but mainly the vines -- a special type of vine that is native to the South -- Muscadines.  They are totally different from the grapes here, but the vines look very similar. 

I love to read Chapter 15 of the Gospel of John where Jesus teaches about his relationship with us using a grapevine as an illustration.  If you get a chance -- read it, you will enjoy it!  Connect to the Vine!
